Our goal at NYMT is to serve you a colorful flavor blend of traditional Mexican cuisine, with a Souther California flair! WE are passionate our tacos can deliver you a delicious meal while also breaking those greasy stereotypes! So come and try us out and let’s taco ‘bout it!

A word from our Chef & Founder

My passion for the culinary arts stems from my childhood; helping my grandmother and mother cook traditional Mexican dishes in a small town near Guadalajara, Mexico. No measuring spoons, no cookbooks… all from memory, passed on from generation to generation. My small hometown cooking is the definition of “Farm to Table.”

Just a little update on our upcoming schedule, the date has changed for @overtownbrewing and we will be there tomorrow for the first time! We have added a couple events this summer and we are so excited to see our schedule fill up! Looking forward
Hold the meat and cheese please! We are heading to Veg Fest SCV! We can't wait to take part in such a fun event for a good cause. Come enjoy some delicious food and drinks, live music and a farmers market all while supporting the fight to end home
